Membership and booking platform for fitness clubs

The challenge

Gyms, health clubs and franchise chains run on memberships, classes, personal training and recurring billing. Operators needed a single system that handled joins, upgrades, freezes and renewals across locations, while giving members a smooth way to book and manage everything from their phone.

Our solution

We built core parts of the product: membership lifecycle management, class and personal-training scheduling, automated billing and collections, and a custom-branded member app, built once in Flutter for both iOS and Android, for booking, add-ons and plan management. We also built staff tools for check-ins and upsells, reporting dashboards, and integrations with access control, payments and point-of-sale systems.
